What we collect

When you subscribe, StrategicFlow stores your email address, consent time, confirmation status, signup source and unsubscribe status. A short-lived, pseudonymous network identifier is used only to limit automated abuse of the signup form and is deleted automatically.

Why we use it

We use this information only to confirm your request and deliver the Friday Weekly View. The legal basis is your consent. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is processed

Subscription records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Email delivery is provided by Resend. Both services process the information needed to operate and secure the subscription.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed signups are removed after 30 days. Confirmed subscription records remain while the subscription is active. Unsubscribing stops delivery immediately; you may also ask us to delete the record.

Your choices

Every edition includes an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@strategicflow.com.
